Refund and Cancellation Policy
WOWBEAH provides 10 days return/exchange policy.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund for a product or service. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations. Please double-check that the correct product and size have been chosen before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via email address care@wowbeah.com with proper subject before the items get shipped.
Refund/Return Policy:
- A return or refund will only be taken into consideration if the product is damaged, which includes manufacturing flaws, missing products, etc. when the order is received. If contacted after 10 days of delivery date, the return/exchange request will be invalid.
- The request is invalid id the product is either used or washed.
- Please be aware that products that were purchased in error or that had size problems are not eligible for returns or refunds. Before placing your order, please double-check the age group for each item.
- We may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- We will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
If qualified for a return, the invoice is required when returning the products. Contact us at care@wowbeah.com to initiate a return with a proof of any manufacturing defects.
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
